The roleYou will work hands-on with our production infrastructure, with a strong focus on Kubernetes, Linux, networking and automation.This is not a role where you simply follow predefined procedures. We are looking for someone who can investigate problems independently, propose solutions and take ownership of infrastructure from implementation through production.You'll work with both our development and infrastructure teams to make sure our systems are reliable, secure and easy to deploy.Run and improve our Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, scaling, upgrades and troubleshootingManage and optimize our Linux-based infrastructureBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our web, API and mobile projectsManage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm and related toolsCreate and maintain Helm charts for application deploymentsConfigure and troubleshoot networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancers and firewallsSet up and improve monitoring, logging and alertingManage secrets and contribute to infrastructure security and hardeningWork with developers to containerize and deploy applicationsAutomate infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python or similar scripting languagesMaintain infrastructure configuration using tools such as PuppetWork with virtualization environments such as Proxmox and VMwareDocument infrastructure, procedures and troubleshooting stepsParticipate in a predictable on-call rotation for critical infrastructure issues Your Skills and Experience What you bring3+ years of experience in DevOps, system engineering or infrastructureStrong hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS or similar)At least 2 years of practical Kubernetes experience, preferably running production environmentsHands-on experience with Docker and HelmGood understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing and load balancingExperience with CI/CD, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similarExperience with infrastructure automation and configuration managementAbility to write and debug scripts using Bash, Python or similarStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to research and solve problems independentlyBasic working knowledge of EnglishNice to haveExperience with TerraformExperience with PuppetExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix or similarExperience with Vault, Infisical or other secrets-management toolsExperience with VMware vSphere or ProxmoxExperience with AWS, Azure or GCPExperience deploying .NET, Node.js or Next.js applicationsCKA or CKAD certification Why You'll Love Working Here Salary: 35,000,000 – 60,000,000 VND gross/month, depending on experience13th-month salaryPremium health insuranceModern office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh CityLatest MacBook and the tools you needInternational working environmentDirect collaboration with our European teamReal ownership: your ideas and technical decisions can make it into productionExposure to a broad infrastructure environment covering Linux, Kubernetes, networking, virtualization and cloud
