Facilities Engineer

Job Summary

Assist in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of building facilities, electrical systems, and utility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance. Support preventive maintenance activities, facility improvements, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, and building utility systems.

Assist in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders regarding facility-related works.

Support energy management and facility improvement initiatives.

Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Registered Electrical Engineer, Registered Civil Engineer, or Registered Mechanical Engineer

Knowledge of electrical systems, building facilities, and preventive maintenance principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Willing to conduct site inspections and work onsite.
