Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Minimum three (3) years of working experience in Boiler Operations
Good Leadership Skill
Handles Pressure professionally
Good oral and written communication

In-charge of Continuous operation of boilers in compliance with production plan and plant operation plan, with coordination with boiler maintenance
In-charge of Boilers assessment in terms of: a. Safety of Manpower and Plant b. Boiler Efficiency c. Environment Compliance d. Cost efficiency e. Schedule Compliance
Prepares reports of Boilers Operation summary (daily ; weekly ; monthly ; quarterly and yearly) (Boiler steam generation vs. plan, fuel consumption vs. plan, water consumption vs. plan, boiler chemicals compliance , parts and auxiliary status , target improvement
Prepares reports for Boiler Status to coordinate to Boiler Maintenance.
