Event & Activation Executive

A. ROLES:

Event & Activation Executive supports the planning and execution of high-end events for DAFC corporate brand and its portfolio of luxury brands. This role assists in coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and on-site operations, and ensuring seamless execution that delivers exceptional experiences for clients and guests while reinforcing brand image and differentiation.

Support to plan and execute retail events, including fashion event, product launches, exclusive previews...

Creating a checklist for event preparations

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, event staffing, and vendor management

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales) to align event strategies with overall brand objectives.

Support to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Negotiate and manage contracts with event suppliers and partners.

Compiling reports on data collected from events

Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

Qualification:

College or University Degree

Experience :

At least 1–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
