Events Intern (Operations)

Internship Eligibility: As we are unable to sponsor work pass applications, applicants must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident to be eligible for this internship.

Role Overview:

As an Event Operations Intern, you will support the planning and execution of in-person events and digital events as conference operations team member. This role will provide you with valuable insights and hands on experience in speakers management and liaison, event coordination, conference assets preparation work, and rehearsals/actual event.

Assist in the planning and coordination ofevents in conference operations team from inception to completion.

Speakers management and liaison.

Support logistics management, including venuesourcing, catering, and vendor communications.

Help prepare event/conference materials,including invitations, programs, and signage.

Contribute to on-site event operations, supportor take lead in running conference tracks and ensuring smooth event flow.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshootany issues that arise during events preparation and actual event.

Participate in post-event evaluations to gatherfeedback and suggest improvements.

Maintain organised records of events, budgets,and vendor contacts.

Data research/data entry/data reporting.

Exposure in exhibition operations flow when opportunity arises.

Assist in ad-hoc duties.

Knowledge in Microsoft office / excel / PPT is essential
