Executive, Body & Paint

A Body & Paint Executive overseas the inspection, estimation, repair coordination and quality control of the vehicle body & paint work to ensure repairs meet company SOP and maintaining customer satisfaction.

To entertain walk-in customer & incoming enquiry calls for insurance claim process & procedure.

To verify insurance claim documents available from customer.

To prepare evaluation report complete with parts required & submit via Merimen system.

To follow up claim approval from insurance company.

To proceed with parts ordering & repairing process once insurance approved.

To update car status to customer from time- to- time.

To release the complete repaired car to customer and take after repair photos for prove of repaired.

To follow up invoice from supplier & close job (invoice)

To follow up pending parts for accident repair works.

To monitor long pending job base on work in progress (WIP) report.

Diploma in Automotive line

At least 3 years working experience in the related field.

Candidate must be possessed at least professional cert in SKM/ Diploma in Automotive

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Required languages: Malay, English & Chinese
