Executive - Payable Accountant/Chuyên viên Kế toán thanh toán

& DutiesPayment Processing & ExecutionProcess bank payments accurately and on time for contractors, suppliers, and operational expenditures.Compliance & Audit ControlReview payment requisitions to ensure full compliance with internal company policies, standard accounting procedures, and tax regulations.Ledger AccountingRecord, match, and post trade and non-trade accounts payable transactions into the VGL accounting system.Financial Reporting & Cash TrackingMaintain and update tracking reports for bank loans, credit facilities, and term deposit accounts.Prepare and update accounts payable reports categorized by contract number.Monitor bank statements and update weekly cash balances.Tax ManagementPrepare monthly input VAT reports, calculate Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax (FCT/WHT), and report Personal Income Tax (PIT) deductions to the HR department.Month-End ClosingPerform monthly bank reconciliations to facilitate smooth month-end accounts closing.Other DutiesPerform additional tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and experience with accounting ERP systems (VGL, SAP, or similar).Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Personal Qualities:High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
