Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc.Understand and commit to strictly comply with information security policiesResponsible for all credit appraisal and measurement results given.Participating in organizational culture work at the facility in accordance with the organizational culture orientation of the Division/ Bank.

Professional Responsibilities:Measure and fully assess credit risk indicatorsProvide financial solutions suitable for the customer's portraitProposing measures to control and minimize credit risks - Understanding each customer segment, focusing on customer experience and balancing risks between the benefits of the bank and customers.Participate in the development of products, processes, and guidelines related to personal credit & small business creditDetect and warn within the scope of personal appraisal about potentially risky behaviors for the bankParticipate in consulting for customers / business units to come up with a financial solution structure suitable for customers' needsSelf-study and improve professional knowledge.Actively participate fully in group/department/Center/bank training activities3. Other responsibilities:Other tasks assigned by direct managers and upper management.Your skills & qualificationsDegree: University graduate or higher, majoring in economics, finance, foreign trade, ...Experience:06 years of experience in credit appraisal, credit analysis, credit control.
