Export Documentation & Customer Service Staff (CUS + DOCS)

Job DescriptionHandle customer service and documentation tasks for export shipments.Prepare, check, and complete all required export shipping documents accurately and on time.Follow up on shipment schedules and provide timely updates to customers.Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.Handle booking, shipping instructions, Bill of Lading (B/L), and other related export documents.Support customers and handle issues arising during the shipment process.Maintain and properly file shipment documents and records.Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager. Job RequirementsAt least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service (CUS), Export Documentation (Docs), or a similar position in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.Good understanding of export procedures and shipping documentation.Basic English skills, especially for reading and replying to emails, understanding shipping documents, and daily work communication.Chinese communication or reading skills is an advantage.Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Careful, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.BenefitsSalary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with company policy and Vietnamese labor regulations.Professional and friendly working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
