Brewery Services ManagementIn-House Services & Contracts:• Oversee cleaning, gardening, pest control, waste management, etc.
Manage related contracts (inspections, consultancy, land rental, waste, water supply, etc.).
Monitor transportation and accommodation (Grab, taxi, shuttle bus, visa arrangements),Facilities and logistics:• Monitor daily canteen services and toxic allowances for staff.
Oversee the distribution and maintenance of staff uniforms.
Manage facilities and logistics for training courses and workshops.Event & Tour Management:• Organize Company events: Team building, Town hall, YEP, Sport event, etc. and Brewery events: Happy hours/ VIP visitors, Authority visit; green office program.
Conduct brewery tours with Corporate Affairs.Budget & Cost Control:• Support to control budget for the Brewery Services.
Manage the use of the official stamp for signatures.
Policies, Standards & Procedures:Ensure up-to-date related regulations and procedures are implemented properly.
TPM and continuous improvementIdentify opportunities to improve Brewery Services Management performance across the organization by using TPM tools & methodologies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility management, or a related fieldExperiences/skillsAt least 2 years of experience in Sustainability & Environment management roles of production company.Functional Competency:Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Experience of managing budgets and resourcesDigital Competency:PC literacy (word, excel, power point, Power BI, AI, etc.)Leadership Competency:Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to confidently host, facilitate and energize company events in a fluent and engaging manner is a strong advantage (MC)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.LanguagesEnglish proficiency: Intermediate Ngành nghề: Hành chính / Thư ký, Môi trường, Quản lý điều hành Kinh nghiệm: 2 Năm Cấp bậc: Nhân viên Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Đà Nẵng
