Operate, monitor, and maintain factory facility systems to ensure stable and safe operations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, air compressors, water supply and drainage, lighting, and other facility equipment.
Monitor facility system performance and respond to equipment breakdowns or abnormalities.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repair, inspection, and installation activities.
Support facility setup, equipment installation, and utility connections for production equipment.
Monitor electricity, water, compressed air, and other utility consumption and propose energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure facility operations comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists, technical documents, and equipment history.
Support facility improvement projects and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in facility engineering, factory maintenance, or industrial utilities.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, and general factory utilities.
Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and contractor coordination.
Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
Good problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, and environmental requirements is an advantage.
Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Saturday.
