Position: Factory Operations Director (Long An & Binh Thuan)Department: Operations / ManufacturingReports to: Factory DirectorJob PurposeThe Factory Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing overall factory operations at two key manufacturing sites of (Duc Hoa, Long An) and (Phan Thiet Industrial Zone). The role ensures operational excellence, production efficiency, quality compliance, cost control, safety, and continuous improvement in alignment with export-oriented agribusiness strategy.Key Responsibilities1. Factory Operations ManagementManage and coordinate daily operations of two factories to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.Translate business and factory strategies into operational plans and KPIs.Ensure effective coordination between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams.
