Factory Supervisor

Supervise daily pallet production and ensure output meets customer orders and delivery schedules

Assign tasks to and manage operators, carpenters, nailing machine operators and general workers

Monitor production efficiency, solve bottlenecks and prepare daily and weekly production reports

Ensure pallet quality meets customer specifications and export standards (ISPM-15 where applicable)

Enforce safety rules, SOPs and PPE usage, and maintain 5S in the workplace

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and maintenance teams on materials and machine uptime

Train, schedule and supervise production staff, including local and foreign workers

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

Experience in pallet, wood, packaging or furniture manufacturing is an advantage

Knowledge of woodworking machinery and nailing machines

Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other languages an advantage

Forklift or safety training certificate and valid driving licence preferred
