Failur Analysis: Collect Production data, error record, maintenance record, observe fail module, check machine conditionThen investigate root cause with process and machine engineer.Corrective Action: Carry out action to fix problem with process and machine engineer. Need to check schedule and follow up until comple.Monitoring after CA: Check the status if the problem has resolved or not. Make FACA report and report to customer in meeting.
