Field Talent Acquisition Specialist

ACABAR MARKETING INTERNATIONAL INC is seeking results-driven Field Recruiter to lead our talent sourcing and pooling efforts for high-volume FMCG roles and Sales Promoters.

Conduct active field sourcing and recruitment in designated locations

Partner local communities, schools and organization

Identify and screen potential candidates for open position

Submit regular reports on recruitment progress and candidates

Manage the recruitment pipeline and facilitate interviews

With experience in field sourcing is a plus but not required

With strong communication and interpersonal skill

Willing to travel extensively to the different location

North GMA (Caloocan, Valenzuela & Meycauayan, Bulacan)

East GMA (Marikina, Pasig & Antipolo, Rizal)

South GMA (Muntinlupa, Las Piñas & Parañaque)
