Financial Services Associate

As a Financial Services  Associate, you’ll help clients make confident decisions about their money. You’ll meet clients, understand their goals and recommend suitable solutions across protection, savings, investments and retirement planning. This is a client-facing role where you build your own client base over time. No finance background is needed, as you’ll be trained and mentored by experienced advisers from your first client meeting.

Conduct fact-finding meetings to understand clients’ financial situations and goals

Recommend suitable insurance, investment and retirement solutions

Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, events and digital channels

Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews

Handle applications, documentation and client records accurately

Keep up to date with products, market trends and MAS regulations

Attend training sessions and team meetings

Meet agreed activity and performance targets

Diploma, degree or A-Level qualification (those heading to university are welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, resilient and goal-oriented

Good time management and a professional attitude

Willingness to obtain the required MAS licences (we’ll support you)

Good to have (not required)

Experience in sales, customer service or other client-facing work

Background in finance, banking, accountancy or business

Interest in markets, investing or personal finance

Structured training and licensing support

Commission-based earnings of $4,000 to $7,000/month, with uncapped potential
