Giám sát kho - Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials and finished goods.

Ensure accurate inventory control to support continuous production.

Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct regular training and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing materials in the ERP.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material supply and shipment arrangement.

Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and participate in annual inventory audits .

Prepare warehouse documents, records, and on-site conditions to support internal and customer audits.

Improve warehouse layout, 5S implementation, and process efficiency.

Prepare warehouse performance reports and suggest improvement plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or electronic wire/cable industry.

Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP/WMS systems .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good English/ Chinese communication and computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email).

Experience in customer audits and documentation control is a plus
