[HCM] Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive at OMH VIETNAM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales growth and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

●       Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms, providing product information and consultation

●       Guide customers through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

●       Identify and research potential B2B clients, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality businesses

●       Support the sales team in executing strategies to achieve revenue targets

●       Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

●       Provide excellent customer support to enhance client satisfaction

●       Support marketing activities across multiple channels, including website, e-commerce platforms, and social media

●       Assist in preparing materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

●       A passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field

●       Strong English communication and writing skills

●       No experience required – training will be provided

●       Being creative is a plus

●       Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative

●       A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is a plus

●       Base salary: 10–20M/month + commission/bonuses (total income up to 20–40M/month)

●       Insurance: In accordance with the law

●       Annual Leaves: 12 days/ year
