The Opportunity

We're not hiring a sales manager to run a team. We're looking for a builder — someone who has scaled a payments or F&B platform business before, knows what it takes to take something from pilot to market leader, and wants full ownership of the next chapter. You'll carry direct P&L accountability, run your own sales, marketing, and ops org, and hold the mandate to strike merchant partnerships that shift the market.

Essentials to Succeed

Proven experience scaling a payments, fintech, or dine-out / F&B business in Singapore — you've built something and grown it, not just managed it.

A track record of direct P&L ownership, with the numbers to back it up.

Deep online-to-offline sales leadership experience; a food/retail tech background is a strong plus.

History of building and leading lean, high-performing sales teams with a fast, iterative mindset.

A strong network of merchant partners in food and retail, and the instinct to turn relationships into growth.

AI Builder mindset — you use tools like Claude or Cursor to move faster and build smarter, not just talk about AI.

Founder-grade ownership — grit, resilience, and the hunger to win even when it's hard.
