HR Corporate Services Group Head

The Corporate Services Group Head is responsible for leading and integrating Human Resources, Administration, General Services, and Security, with primary accountability for Strategic HR, including Talent Development, Leadership Capability Building, and Organizational Effectiveness. The role ensures that corporate support functions operate efficiently, remain compliant, and are fully aligned with business growth objectives. This position plays a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving the people agenda, and ensuring that corporate infrastructure and services effectively enable business growth and long-term sustainability.

Strategic HR and Organizational Effectiveness (Primary) Ownership of Talent Development, leadership pipeline, succession, and overall HR strategy through HR leaders to build a high-performing, compliant, and business-aligned workforce.

Administration Oversight Strategic direction of procurement, logistics, and asset governance through the Administration head to ensure cost efficiency, operational reliability, and strong administrative control across all branches.

General Services Oversight Oversight of facilities, workplace services, and vendor performance through the General Services head to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive operating environment.

Executive and Stakeholder Leadership Strategic partnership with leadership and Operations to align corporate services priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and drive overall business performance.
