Your role & responsibilitiesSupport recruitment activities: posting job ads, contacting and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through onboardingSupport C&B: organize and maintain employee records, guide completion of onboarding documents, input as well as look up Social Insurance and Tax informationSupport administrative tasks: prepare documents and logistics for training programs and conferences; coordinate internal eventsOther tasks assigned by the managerYour skills & qualifications3rd or final year students at universities/collegesAbilities to use computer, Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Form.Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detailProactive, reliable, team playerLogical thinking and reasonable work arrangement Preferred skillsGood communication skill.Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.Teamwork skill: Actively promote team workBasic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut)
