3-6 Months HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)
Position: HR / Recruitment Intern
Company: Recruit Express Pte Ltd
Department: Healthcare Recruitment
Location: Singapore
Duration: Internship (Commitment period to be discussed)
Assist in recruitment and talent sourcing activities
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms
Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records
Assist with HR administrative duties and onboarding arrangements
Support recruitment consultants in daily operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No prior recruitment experience required
