Your role & responsibilities1. RecruitmentCoordinate full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding.Collaborate with universities and organize branding/job fair activities to attract talent.Maintain and update recruitment database; manage recruitment budget.Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.Run and support programs such as Management Trainee and internal referral campaigns.
