What you'll be responsible for
Recruitment & onboarding
Employee relations, disciplinary & grievance matters

EPF, SOCSO, EIS & income tax compliance
HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook
Performance management & training
Manpower planning & headcount budgeting
HR advice and support to management
HR coordination with HQ, business partners and franchise owners
We're looking for someone with
✓ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
✓ 5+ years of HR experience
✓ 2+ years managerial experience
✓ Experience supporting multiple outlets/locations
✓ Strong Malaysian labour law knowledge
✓ F&B, Retail or Hospitality experience is preferred
✓ **Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)**
✓ Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
