Looking for an HR Manager role where you'll be involved in more than recruitment and administration?
Our recruitment agency is hiring on behalf of a confidential established F&B client in Kuala Lumpur.

The opportunity
You'll oversee a broad HR function supporting a multi-outlet F&B operation, including:
Recruitment & onboarding
Employee relations & disciplinary matters

EPF, SOCSO, EIS & income tax compliance
HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook
Performance management & training
Manpower planning & headcount budgeting
Management HR advisory
Support for multiple outlets and business functions
What we're looking for
✓ Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
✓ 5+ years HR experience
✓ 2+ years managerial experience
✓ Multi-outlet/location HR experience
✓ Strong Malaysian labour law knowledge
✓ F&B / Retail / Hospitality experience preferred
✓ Fluent Mandarin — spoken & written
✓ Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
