HR Specialist (Recruitment) - Senior level

Talent Acquisition

Co-develop and execute strategies to source and attract top-tier candidates, with a strong focus on executive and senior-level positions.

Partner with key stakeholders on workforce planning and periodic recruitment budgeting.

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume/phone screening, interview coordination, and offer package preparation.

Facilitate the onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration, role clarity, performance enablement, and long-term talent development.

Employer branding

Design and implement employer branding initiatives to elevate company visibility among potential candidates.

Collaborate on targeted campaigns and programs to attract and develop early-career talent.

Collaborate on internal engagement activities and corporate communications to build a vibrant, cohesive workplace culture.

Deep knowledge of workforce within company

Work closely with Heads of Departments to draft, refine, and align job descriptions with evolving hiring needs.

Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal hiring managers to ensure talent services consistently support overarching business goals.

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.

Demonstrated track record in sourcing and hiring for executive and high-level roles.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and persuasive communication skills.

Active listening skills with high empathy and strong cross-functional relationship-building abilities.

Analytical mindset, active learning agility, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 5.0+.
