HR Training

Assist in conducting the Training Needs Analysis;

Prepare training-related reports in accordance with the Annual Training Plan;

Prepare training announcement and enlistment sheet per month and reserve the training venue via Outlook calendar;

Monitor participants/attendees before and during the actual training schedule;

Prepare all training logistics (documents and materials) and ensure the attendance of enlisted participants before and during the training;

Conduct Basic Education and some General Awareness Programs;

Prepare Training Evaluation Report for both Behavioral and Technical Training;

Update and monitor Basic Education, Behavioral Training (Internal and/or External), General Awareness in HRC System;

Update F07 Personal Record Table of HR and GA Members;

Distribute, monitor and prepare the Attendance Sheet (Internal/External/, Meeting and GMM);

Endorse F07 Personal Record Table of newly hired employees to respective GOP trainers and distribute to section PIC.

Manage the usage of HRC System;

College graduate (preferably Psychology);

With at least 3 years of solid working experience in handling training, recruitment, and employee relations;

Willing to learn and be trained;

With good communication and time management skills;

With a sense of urgency, initiative, and accountability;

Can start immediately;

P40.00 Meal Allowance for overtime of 4 hours or more

OT, HMO + Dependent (50% Company Paid), 13th month pay, Performance Bonus (Scheduled every July 1 and Dec 20)

SL 6 days, VL 7 days (each will increase per year of service)
