Strategic Business PartneringAdvise BUDs on organization strategy, team capability, and people risks impacting the business;Partner with BUDs to build the people strategy and organization strategy.
Workforce Design & OptimizationForecast workforce demand in line with growth plans and business direction;Design an organization structure aligned with the growth strategy;Build the workforce forecasting model and manpower optimization strategy.
Culture Activator: Performance CultureDesign and improve the performance management system in line with the growth strategy. Build a high-performance and Continuous Feedback culture directly within departments. Strengthen performance management capability for the management team through coaching and training.
Culture Activator: Field ImplementationDesign the engagement strategy and corporate culture initiatives at BU level; Lead culture transformation and elevate employee experience at team level; Proactively prevent employee risks; Shape the candidate journey and hiring manager experience.
Talent Management & SuccessionDesign the talent framework, HiPo program, and leadership pipeline; Build the talent retention strategy and long-term succession plans; Forecast talent risks and organizational capability gaps.
Data-driven HR & Leadership CoachingCoach the leadership team on people management and organizational effectiveness; Leverage HR & business data to influence management and operational decisions and support strategic decision-making; Analyze the workforce; automate HR reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
