HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR).
Providing support to the Human Resources Team members in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post-interview follow up & on-boarding support). 3.Support the preparation and management of C&B-related documents.
Ensure accurate on-boarding & termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interviews & onboard/of-board checklist.
Ensure accurate & up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.
Participating in the pre-training preparation, post-training follows up.
Coordinating in-house activities monthly.
Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager. 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn. Good command of English Good communication skills, careful and responsible. Proficiency in video creation and editing using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
