Human Resources Intern

Working location: Ho Chi Minh Office | Type of employee: InternReport to: HRBP | Level: InternThe HR Intern will support daily HR activities, with a focus on HR administration/documentation, recruitment support. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in developing hands-on experience in Human Resources.I. ResponsibilitiesSupport HR administration and documentation, including preparation, stamping, filing, data entry, and employee records.Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate coordination, interview arrangements, and recruitment administration.Assist with reports, meeting minutes, and other HR-related tasks.Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned HR tasks by the Company. II.

A personal laptop is required.Able to work at the office at least 4 - 5 days a week during the internship period.University student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred).Good organizational and multitasking skills.Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.III.
