* Summary: This opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the entire food service, hospitality, laundry and building care service industry.You will serve as the face of AIM for your customers, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, programs and equipment to create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments and drive a positive guest experience.This is a really exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and hygiene to take a step into Account Management and Consulting.The Hygiene Chemical Application Specialist is ultimately responsible for management of key accounts as well as working with our customers, to develop product and service strategies for mutual benefit including chemical solutions, equipment (Taski and Ware washing machines) and service maintenance contractsThis is a great role for the right person to join a truly dynamic business and very focused team. Manage service and maintain excellent relationships to assigned accountsConduct periodical service calls:Check all schedules for your accounts – TCS (Technical Service Staff)Send monthly schedule to Diversey – Only Diversey accountsCheck the output tech serviceReview the outputSend the outputSummarize actions, solutions, adviceCommunicate directly with client to solve any issues2. Ensure all outstanding issue with clients are being handled by teamConduct refresh training as per agreed commitment in contractTraining attendanceTraining evaluationConduct Management Reviews periodical basis – as per contract commitments and following AIM formats3. New account implementation: Prepare implementation planManage, following matrix orgo, successful implementation of new accountPrepare Proposed Cleaning procedures (Wall charts, job cards etc.)Prepare training materialCoordinate dispenser installation with Technical ServiceConduct the training and implementationEnsure all mandatory sign offs are performed with client, filed and uploaded to CRM4.
