Import & Export Manager

· Lead and manage all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, legal requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.· Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.· Oversee customs clearance, customs declarations, import-export records, and customs settlement reports.· Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of customs settlement reports and support customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.· Develop and continuously improve shipping procedures and operational efficiency.· Coordinate with Customs authorities, government agencies, logistics providers, suppliers, and customers on all import-export matters.· Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics service providers; negotiate freight rates and service agreements.· Identify and resolve shipping, customs, and logistics issues to minimize operational disruptions.· Control departmental budgets, monitor logistics costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.· Prepare reports on shipping performance, logistics costs, compliance status, and departmental KPIs.· Advise Management on import-export regulations, logistics matters, and operational risks.· Perform other duties as assigned by Management. · Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.· Minimum 10 years of experience in Import-Export, Customs, or Logistics, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.· Experience in garment manufacturing and FDI companies is required.· Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import-export procedures, customs settlement, and trade compliance.· Good working relationships with Customs authorities and relevant government agencies are an advantage.· Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.· Good command of spoken and written English.· Proficient in Microsoft Office.· High integrity, accountability, and compliance mindset.
