Import - Export Manager (EPE, Working in Long An)

Manage all import/export and customs activities in compliance with EPE and Vietnamese regulations.Handle customs declarations, HS codes, C/O, customs finalization reports, and import/export documentation.Coordinate international and domestic transportation and ensure timely shipment delivery.Manage logistics costs, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.Develop and improve logistics processes, controls, and KPIs.Review, verify, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy for customs declarations, raw material consumption calculation, and processing contract settlement.Coordinate and communicate directly with overseas customers, suppliers, logistics providers, customs authorities, and relevant government agencies.Monitor import-export costs, shipping schedules, and logistics performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.Update and ensure compliance with customs laws, trade regulations, and Free Trade Agreements related to import and export activities.Lead and manage the Import Export team, assign tasks, supervise performance, and provide training when necessary.Prepare periodic reports related to import-export activities, customs settlement, and compliance status for management.
