Import/Export Shipping Operation

Handle sea export and import shipments, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments.

Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager…

Coordinate with local customers, partners, ports to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.

Other tasks assigned by managers.

Job Requirements

At least 01 year of experience in forwarder/shipping line.

Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields

Fluent communication skills in English.

Know more Chinese is an advantage.

Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and custom

Understand and can handle sea export and import shipments.

Understand about ASYHUB, EDI system

Dynamic, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented

Sufficient computer literacy (Word/Excel/Email/ Google Drive...).

Good at leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.

Able to work well under pressure.
