IN-HOUSE ENGINEER – 3 TO 4 YRS EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL WORKS

LOCATION: Brgy. San Jose, Quezon City

SALARY: ₱25,000

GENDER: Male/Female

We are hiring an In-House Engineer!

Note: Applicants must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in architectural works within the construction industry. Candidates residing within Metro Manila, especially near Banawe or La Loma, Quezon City, are preferred. Applicants must be willing to conduct site visits and attend meetings.

Age limit: 30–40 years old.

Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).

At least 3–4 years of work experience as an In-House Engineer in the construction industry, with site-based and production-based work experience focused more on architectural works rather than structural, plumbing, or electrical works.

Extensive experience and proficiency in attending site meetings.

Must possess great and efficient manpower handling skills.

Good mathematical and analytical skills.

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Pleasing personality and presentable appearance.

Good communication and strong leadership skills.

Professional, upright, and accountable.

Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, with proper work etiquette.

Good inspection skills (QC/QA skills).

Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work in the field for site visits and meetings and report to the office from time to time.

Must have a means of transportation and a driver's license.

Preferably residing within Metro Manila or near Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City.

Maintain and troubleshoot internal technical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and installations.

Document technical procedures, maintenance records, and system changes.

Support internal engineering projects aimed at improving efficiency and reliability.

Assess existing systems and recommend upgrades or process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical and operational needs.
