Overall Management of Cross-Border E-commerce BusinessDevelop and implement strategies for the company’s cross-border e-commerce business.Take ownership of key business performance indicators, including sales revenue, profit, ROI, and overall business results.Develop product development strategies based on the company’s product portfolio and target markets.
Team Building and ManagementBuild and lead the cross-border e-commerce team, including setting team objectives, performance evaluation systems, and incentive mechanisms.Develop key talent and improve the team’s execution efficiency and overall business capabilities.
Product and Market StrategyConduct research on the Vietnamese market, consumer needs, competitors, and industry trends.Drive product selection, pricing, differentiation strategies, and product lifecycle management.Utilize market feedback to drive product optimization and iteration, enhancing product competitiveness and profit margins. Job Requirements1. Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or other relevant fields.At least 5 years of experience in international cross-border e-commerce logistics sales (B2C parcel), including a minimum of 2 years in team management.Experience in building a cross-border e-commerce business or team from scratch (0 to 1) is highly preferred.
Business CompetenciesStrong understanding of the end-to-end cross-border e-commerce business model and operational processes.Strong data analysis and business management capabilities, with the ability to identify problems through data and develop effective solutions.Strong market awareness and judgment regarding the Vietnamese market, consumer needs, and industry trends.
Management CompetenciesStrong capabilities in team building, talent development, target setting, and performance management.Excellent cross-functional communication, resource integration, and project execution skills.Results-oriented, with the ability to work under significant performance pressure and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
Other RequirementsGood English communication, reading, and writing skills; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.Candidates with experience in target markets such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia are preferred.
