INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – TALENT ONBOARDING / RECRUITMENT ADMIN INTERN

Looking for an internship where you can gain real working experience, interact with professionals and learn how recruitment actually works?

We're looking for 2 interns to join our Talent Onboarding team in Ara Damansara.

What will you be doing?

You'll be involved in the actual talent acquisition process, including:

Talent Sourcing

Search for qualified IT talent through JobStreet, Indeed, social media and other platforms

Focus on candidates with at least 1 year of relevant IT experience

Help build and grow our technology talent pool

Candidate Communication

Contact candidates and introduce opportunities professionally

Conduct basic phone prescreening

Understand candidates' experience and background

Follow up with candidates and encourage talent sign-ups

KPI & Recruitment Operations

Work with weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs

Track candidate sourcing and sign-up activities

Maintain accurate candidate information

Support day-to-day recruitment and talent onboarding activities

You'll also gain exposure to:

Google Workspace

Tech talent market

Recruitment & talent acquisition processes

Who are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need to be studying HR. We're more interested in your attitude, communication and ability to learn.

You should be:

Fluent in spoken & written English

Detail-oriented and organised

Comfortable speaking to people

Willing to make calls and communicate with candidates

Independent and able to take initiative

Comfortable working with targets/KPIs

Familiar with Google Workspace

Willing to learn something new

Diploma or Degree students are welcome to apply.

HR, Business, Management, Mathematics, IT and other academic backgrounds are welcome — what matters is whether you can perform and learn.

Internship Details

Location: Pacific Place, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10AM–6PM

Allowance: RM800–RM1,000

Minimum internship duration: 3 months
