Information Technology Assistant Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, managing network systems, servers, and databases.

Proven experience leading and executing IT projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.

Hands-on experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple departments or teams.

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding and developing junior IT staff, setting performance expectations, and promoting teamwork.

Practical experience working with IT infrastructure, including system administration (Windows/Linux servers), network management (LAN/WAN), and security systems.

Experience in managing databases, including performing backups, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing database performance.

With wide experience in MES
