The Job

Participate in large-scale projects in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain.

Understand and document business processes and workflows, and define how they are reflected in current and future software solutions.

Collaborate with clients, business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.

Work with PMs, Technical Leads and technical teams to design optimal solutions, including application mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes.

Prepare and maintain project documentation (User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS) and user guides.

Create and perform system tests.

Conduct business/process analysis and provide insights to support project and management decisions.

Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Your Skills and Experience

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance - Banking or related fields.

Strong analytical, presentation, communication and time-management skills.

Good command of either English or Mandarin Chinese is required.

Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Experience with large-scale web applications, system interfaces, and data integration.

Experience writing BRD/SRS, process documentation and reports, and Business Process Modeling (decision tables/trees, data flows).

Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Experience working with international clients, Hong Kong/ Taiwan is a plus.
