Information Technology Staff
Yêu Cầu Năng Lực & Kinh Nghiệm
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including PCs, printers, and network devices.
Proven experience in providing technical support and managing helpdesk requests.
Familiarity with database management, including SQL operations for data creation, updating, and deletion.
Experience in user account management, including setup, permissions, and troubleshooting login issues.
Basic experience with CCTV monitoring systems and performing routine hardware maintenance.
Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa, Laguna for Direct Hire.
