Digital Solutions & Automation Development – 45%- Analyze business needs and propose digitalization solutions for different departments.
Develop applications and automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other suitable platforms.
Participate in the development of internal applications, corporate websites, E-Office solutions, workflows, and operational support tools.
Design data structures, user permissions, testing processes, deployment approaches, and continuous application improvements.
Manage source code, version control, and technical documentation.Business Applications & System Integration – 20%- Participate in the implementation and operation of SAP, E-Office, Microsoft 365, Data Lake, and other business applications.
Support system and data integration through APIs, databases, file exchange, or other appropriate integration methods.
Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Coordinate with Business Owners and vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve existing solutions, and develop new functionalities.Digital Project Delivery – 15%- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Prepare project plans and monitor project progress, risks, deliverables, and quality.
Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Provide project status updates and recommend solutions or corrective actions to the direct manager.IT Operations & Advanced Support – 10%- Provide advanced support for IT Helpdesk issues that require escalation.
Support the administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows, and end-user productivity tools.
Coordinate the resolution of issues related to network infrastructure, endpoint security, antivirus, and backup.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT operational tasks.Vendor Coordination & Team Readiness – 10%- Coordinate with vendors and monitor project progress, delivery quality, and commitments.
Participate in solution evaluation, system acceptance, and handover activities.
Establish standards and guidelines for application development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and prepare processes and documentation to support future team expansion and onboarding of new team members.Perform other relevant duties within the scope of the role as assigned by the IT & DMS Manager* Benefit package:- Net Salary: Your take-home pay after deductions.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.3+ years of experience in Application Development, Power Platform, System Integration, or Automation.Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online.Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Data Integration, Microsoft 365 & Entra ID.Strong Business Analysis, Problem-solving, Project Management & Communication skills.Experience with ERP/SAP/E-Office is a plus.Familiarity with AI-assisted development & automation is preferred.Good English communication.Strong ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
