We are accelerating our AI journey by deeply integrating AI capabilities into our core systems and delivering AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients.Join us to grow fast: you will work alongside experienced engineers, ship real AI features to production, and learn how modern AI-native systems are designed, built, and operated.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain features in full-stack applications with integrated AI capabilities (Frontend + Backend + AI), under the guidance of senior engineers.Build and support AI pipelines connecting user interfaces with Large Language Models and intelligent agents.Implement components of agentic systems: prompt templates, tool/function calling, and basic orchestration workflows.Support AI integration tasks: streaming responses, basic context management, logging, and error/fallback handling.Build responsive, real-time AI user experiences using streaming (SSE/WebSocket).Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.Collaborate with Product and DevOps teams to deliver and troubleshoot AI-powered features.Learn continuously and keep up with new tools, models, and best practices in the AI ecosystem. Your Skills and Experience Must-have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).0 – 1.5 years of experience in web development (internships and personal/academic projects count).Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms; able to analyze complexity and choose appropriate solutions for real problems.Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Next.js is a plus); basic backend experience with Node.js or Python.Hands-on experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source models, etc.) in at least one real project.Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and Tool/Function Calling.Familiar with Git, REST APIs, and basic SQL/NoSQL databases.Proactive and self-driven: able to independently research, quickly learn, and implement new technologies based on project requirements.Strong problem-solving mindset and able to work in a fast-paced team.Ability to read English technical documentation.Nice-to-have:Exposure to Vector Databases (pgvector, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) or RAG pipelines.Experience with FastAPI for building simple AI services.Familiarity with Docker and any cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK, etc.).Portfolio or GitHub showcasing AI-integrated projects.
