Mô Tả Chi Tiết

Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements in accordance with VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards) and company policy.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Monitor fixed assets, depreciation, and inventory accounting.

Tax & Compliance- Handle all statutory tax filings including VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, and other relevant reports.

Ensure compliance with General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations.

Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during tax audits and financial reviews.

Internal Controls & Audit- Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanation.

Financial Analysis & Budgeting- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.

Communication & Reporting- Report directly to the CEO or Operation Manager- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Procurement, Marketing and Sales. Candidate RequirementsProficient in Chinese or English.Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.At least 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position.BenefitsSocial insurance in accordance with local regulations.Quarterly performance-based bonuses.Other
