Key Account Specialist (Sampaloc)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: Sampaloc, Manila

Salary Range: ₱24,000 – ₱33,000 per month

Acquire and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and both offline and online merchant partners.

Gain deep insight into client goals to deliver tailored solutions, manage conflicts, and resolve client issues professionally.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical support, product development, customer service, and back-office operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and system uptime.

Onboard and support merchant partners for services including bill payment, mobile load, ticketing, and e-wallet top-ups.

Track key account metrics, monitor sales performance, spot growth opportunities, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electronic service provider or fintech industry.

Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with digital payment solutions (e.g., e-wallets, billers, POS systems) and understanding of fintech transaction workflows.

Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sales performance tracking skills.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to manage high-value client portfolios, develop account strategies, and nurture long-term, profitable partnerships.

Technical & Industry Aptitude: Deep knowledge of mobile wallets and adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. (Knowledge of merchant APIs and POS integration is a strong advantage).

Analytical Skills: Capability to evaluate account performance, identify market trends, and continuously optimize account management processes.
