Report work to superiors in English
Manage utility system maintenance (air compressor, chiller (AHU), boiler, DI water, RO system, etc.)
Read drawings well (drawing ability, design ability)
Analyze mechanical drawings. and plan for repair changes
Design mechanical parts to improve existing systems.
Check hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Manage maintenance workers
Find the cause of machine failure and solve the problem.
Can stay overtime if the machine has a problem and requires staying at the discretion of the superior
Only accept employees with experience in repairing machinery at manufacturing companies.
No Electrical or assembly experience required
