Job SummaryCJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join our team. The Legal Manager is responsible for managing and advising on the Company’s legal matters, ensuring that business operations comply with Vietnamese laws, Internal regulations and Group policies. Legal Advisory, Corporate Governance & Regulatory Affairs:Serve as a trusted legal advisor providing proactive, business-aligned legal guidance on strategic and operational matters.Anticipate legal risks and regulatory shifts, shaping risk mitigation strategies that enable growth and operational continuity.Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and statutory requirements, including entity management and board governance.
Contract Governance & Commercial Enablement:Oversee contract lifecycle management to ensure alignment with corporate policies, legal frameworks, and commercial strategy.Conduct second-round reviews for complex, high-value or high-risk contracts.Provide broader commercial and operational input.Attend negotiations and business meetings when required.
Project Responsibilities:Participate in cross-functional projects.Monitor and review legal research.Review and validate legal documentation.Provide guidance to junior legal team members4. Dispute Resolution & Legal Advisory:Provide expert legal opinions to support business-critical decisions and dispute resolutionLead litigation strategy, manage external counsel, and oversee legal cost efficiency. Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.Licensed to practice law in Vietnam, holding a valid legal practitioner’s certificate.Experience: 10+ years’ experience in legal area, including roles in law firms and in-house (preferably FMCG/consumer goods)Skills:Experience in Retail, FDI, Group, FMCG, Real Estate, or international companies .Hands-on experience in contract management, licensing, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution.Experience working with government authorities and inspection teamsStrong abilities in written and spoken EnglishStrong legal analysis, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills Ngành nghề: Thực phẩm & Đồ uống, Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất, Luật / Pháp lý Kinh nghiệm: 8 Năm Cấp bậc: Quản lý Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Hồ Chí Minh
