LOGISTIC SALE ADMIN

In charge of material/product code/vendor management database created correctly with the required business.Coordinate with the export & import team to ensure the inbound/outbound is corrected with the suggested shipment plan.Handle contract creation for sales and purchase correctly with the business model.Invoicing and IUT across various books to ensure shipping documents are released correctly in a standard timeline or financing period.Track the progress and handle reports of the shipment plan/SO/PO/stock balance reports weekly/monthly.Preparing master data, tracking AR and AP daily/weekly, following credit limits, and matrix approval.Review data for errors, omissions, or duplicate entries to ensure the master database is correct.Proactively work with Stakeholders/SAP global to ensure the required tasks/work are completed in time.Responsible for smooth cooperation with all subsidiaries and suppliers/customers to cover their existing needs, suggest possible improvements in contract/invoice/data management against the system.EDI solutions and applications for efficient teamwork and data entry work out with high correction.Ensure compliance with Global regulations, standards, and rules set by global trade and customsExperienced in logistics processes & Incoterms & International tradeCompile and generate reports from the database as requested by management and other assignments by the line manager or next managers.
