Communicate with customers to verify shipment schedules and export plans.
Coordinate with shipping lines to check vessel schedules, secure bookings, and monitor shipment status.
Liaise with overseas agents to exchange shipment-related documents, and process debit / credit notes.
Submit SI, issue sea and air bill of lading, and handle AMS, ICS2, AFR, ISF, and other required filings.
Track cargo movements, including outbound shipments and vessel arrival timelines.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth workflow.
Execute tasks assigned by the manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and overseas agents.
Take responsibility for preparing reports related to assigned operational activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
At least 02 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English, MS Office, and FAST is an advantage.
