Position: Machine Operations Technician

Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱30,000
Work Set Up: Field-based / On-site

High school graduate; candidates with technical training or certifications are an advantage.
With experience in equipment operations, machine training, or the food and beverage industry.
Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining beverage and dessert preparation equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel regularly to different store locations and work under pressure. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct hands-on machine operation training for both new and existing store personnel.
Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to equipment usage.
Perform store visits to assess machine performance and operational compliance.
Provide troubleshooting support and serve as the primary contact for machine-related concerns.
Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for complex equipment repairs and improvements.
