Machine Parts Section Chief

Manage the daily operations of the Machine Parts section, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Oversee equipment and spare parts inquiries, purchasing, delivery follow-up, inventory control, receiving, and Machine Parts Room management.

Prepare monthly reports and support capital investment projects related to equipment and machine parts.

Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Import/Export, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective operations.

Proactively identify operational issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and follow up on corrective actions through to completion.

College or University graduate.

Manufacturing Experience: Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in Production, Machine Parts, Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing, or Warehouse operations.

Parts and Inventory Management: Understanding of spare parts management, inventory control, and stock monitoring.

Excel and Data Processing: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process, analyze, and report data accurately.

English Communication: Ability to communicate in English for work-related coordination and information exchange.

Coordination and Follow-up: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments and suppliers.
